Just for the record - you can't get HIV/AIDS from being spat on.

Ok what he did was nasty and he deserves a ban but some of the reaction is over the top.
Let he who is without sin cast the first stone.

Re: Arthur Masuaku - 6 match ban
It has been settled and everyone knows spitting is 6 weeks

But if the game was sensible that Cardiff thug who tried to break Sanes leg would be done on video evidence and get a 12 match ban.
And Warnock would be charged with bringing the game into disrepute with his ‘he is in England now’ comment.

Make in play those 6 games but in a spit hood.

He let himself down, the team down, the fans down and what a blood awful example for youngsters

He can fuck right off

"Not long enough IMHO. Disgusting act that should involve at least 10 games with the fine going to charity. I would rather someone punch me than spit at me"

Say's it all about this country at the moment.
Pride before common sense...

crazy.

Re: Arthur Masuaku - 6 match ban
6 game ban is fair enough, when you consider that players playing for the TOP 6 wwould get 3 game games.

Bit like when their players rightly don't get banned at all for diving.

Re: Arthur Masuaku - 6 match ban
A well deserved ban.

I'd much rather take a clump than be spat at. Spitting is a fucking disgusting habit anyway, almost a badge of contemptible ignorance when you see someone do it in the street, let alone on national television. It's why I can't watch football on TV while eating.

I'm not going to want to chase Arfur into the windmill and set fire to it like some of you predictably and boringly will as he's a young kid really but six games on the naughty step and a shouting down by Moyes should be enough to make him mend his ways.

Re: Arthur Masuaku - 6 match ban
This is why our society is fucked. Career ending leg breakers, no problem son.. get stuck in.

Spit on someones back, 6 game ban, you should never wear the shirt, sell him etc...

ffs...

And we wonder why in the wider world, sentencing for crimes is all out of wack if we cant even get punishments for footie games right.

Had to happen due to precedents, however whole ban structure and justifications clearly need a complete overhaul. Absurd imbalances by any measure.

I thought same thing.

Not condoning it, should be punished but being in spat at in the face is by far worse than what Arthur did

Shouldn't there be lenience for only spitting at the blokes back as opposed to spitting in his face.?

Fonte is back any day now, so Cresswell will be back on the left.

Lily Hammer 1:49 Mon Jan 29

Think it will be Cresswell with a back 3 of Burke Oggy and Ginge

Haksabanovic is mainly a no 10 so putting him LWB for his prem debut could be a bit of a nightmare decision especially if he has Zaha on his side
